You can email customer.service@corasen.com or visit our Customer Service page. Do you charge to transfer an existing domain to your server? Yes. Domain transfers are the same cost as a 1 year domain registration. When you transfer a domain, an extra year will be added on to it's existing expiration date. You can transfer any domain that we support from another registrar to us. The only stipulation is that you can not transfer a domain that was registered less than 60 days ago. You will need to contact your domain registrar and request DNS changes to transfer your hosting if you do not use Corasen as your domain registrar. Log on to your control panel and click on "User" then "User Password". Type in the new password you would like. The change will take place instantly. What do I do if I forget my Control Panel password? Type on your User ID on our forgot password page. Can I access my domain with or without the "www"? Yes. All domains we host can be accessed both with and without the "www". How do I set-up a virtual domain with Corasen? If you are not a customer, sign up for an account! If you are an existing user, click "Add New Domain" at the bottom of the "Domain Settings" page in your control panel. How long will it take to set-up my account? If you pay by credit card, we usually review your account information and activate your account in less than 2 hours. If you pay by cheque, we will need to wait until we receive it. Yes. We can host any domain type, although we do not offer registration services for all domain extensions. Can I resell my space to have subdomains? You can do whatever you want with your domain, disk and traffic quota. As long as you have extra room in your plan quota, you can add more resources. You can also upgrade your plan at any time. If you are serious about being a reseller, please contact us to ask about our reseller plan. Virtual hosting is an option that allows a company or individual to lease part of a server to store their website's data, rather than pay for an entire machine with more space than they need. You may upgrade your account by changing the plan your are on. To do this select "Account" then "Account Settings" in your control panel, then click the "Change" icon beside "Plan". You may also add more resources on the fly to your plan. The control panel will ask you if you want to upgrade when you reach your limit for domains, email adddresses, disk space etc. What is the username for my control panel? Your username will be the name you selected when you signed up for web hosting. What type of support do you offer?
